Zandstra Metaalbewerking specializes in medium and large turning work. Whether it is a single component or a small series, we deliver accurate turning work with consistent quality. Thanks to our CNC and conventional lathes, we are flexible in approach and result.

Our machine park is set up for medium and large turning work, both CNC-controlled and conventional. This allows us to combine flexibility with precision – from fast single pieces to series customization.
We work with reliable control techniques and high-quality tooling, so that we can produce under tight tolerances. Thanks to the use of modern CAM software (such as SolidCAM), we optimally prepare machining and shorten the lead time.
Our lathes are suitable for various types of materials and large dimensions. Do you have specific requirements? We are happy to think along with you about the right approach and technique.
Quality
& control
Certainty with every operation
At Zandstra, quality is not a final check, but a fixed part of the entire process. With the ERP system Fledge, we monitor every step in production – from order entry to delivery. This way, we keep a grip on planning, material and progress.
We work according to an internal quality manual, in which all procedures and authorities are laid down.
In addition, we have a conditioned measuring room, equipped with calibrated 3D measuring equipment, with which we provide accurate measurements and reports.
Whether it concerns turning work, milling parts or complete assemblies: you can count on consistent quality, tailored to your specifications.
