For medium and large milling work, we rely on a modern and versatile machine park. Our CNC milling machines are suitable for workpieces up to 4 meters in length and deliver constant precision, even with complex shapes and tight tolerances.
We work with advanced CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks and CAMWorks, which allows us to program directly from 3D models. This speeds up the process and minimizes errors.

Measuring is knowing
At Zandstra Metaalbewerking, quality is not a final check, but a continuous process. With the help of our ERP system (Fledge), we closely monitor the production status, from quotation to delivery. In addition, we work according to a fixed quality manual, in which all procedures and authorities are recorded. In this way, we guarantee continuity and reliability in every project.
Our conditioned measuring room is equipped with calibrated 3D measuring equipment for precise quality control. With this we check dimensions, tolerances and final quality down to the smallest detail. This technical precision, combined with expertise and experience, guarantees that every product meets the agreed specifications.
